Dinner: Leftovers= Dessert: Special

Seeing how it is 5 p.m. here at the C house and dinner is just around the corner and well, since dinner is leftover Spaghetti and leftover Chicken salad (not mixed together of course...LOL), I have decided to make this for dessert: Darck Chocolate Brownies from Joy the Baker. Okay, so I am still working on how to get this blog going. I have so many ideas and just need to figure out how to post pics, make tabs/sections at the top of my blog page and well, many other things.

Happy Mother's Day

My Mother's Day began with breakfast in bed from my Babe and Gigi. On the menu: scrambled eggs with ham and a side of salsa...yum! Oh and I can't forget the biscuit with grape jelly. This was all accompanied by a nice fresh brewed cup of coffee. I ate my breakfast and enjoyed some quality time with myself as I surfed the T.V. and the web. After spending what seemed like hours there I got myself up, showered and dressed. I then turned to my wonderful Babe and said, "No need for anything fancy for lunch, I feel like eating a hotdog from Costco." Seriously, that's what I said. The rest of the family got dressed and off we went to enjoy a Costco hotdog. And let me tell ya it was so delish! See Costco serves Hebrew National hotdogs and if you have not had one yet, let me tell ya you are missing out. Sorry no pics, but I am sure I will be seeing Costco again soon.
